The vision behind the story…
Just over a year ago, my book, An Ecology of Gratitude: Writing your way to what matters entered the world.
Thanks to many of you, I have surpassed my
First Goal: To sell 500 books.
Thank you! Gratitude. Muchas Gracias. Merci Beacoup. Danke schön.
Which of course, leads to my
Second Goal: To sell another 500 copies
If you would like to purchase a copy, you can contact me, or pick up a copy at our favourite local biz Wild Life Distillery in Canmore, The Whyte Museum in Banff, Café Books in Canmore or head over to our family-owned business, have tasty cheese fondue or Osso Bucco and buy a Book-o at: Ticino Swiss-Italian Restaurant ing Banff. 415 Banff Avenue. Opens for dinner daily at 5:30 – Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, too!
Or – if you just need to get a copy into your hands quickly – whether near or far, order it for delivery.
For 2023, and beyond
Future Goals: To get the messages in the book farther afield and more gratitude into the world.
Grassroots Gratitude is now a registered business and the business is Learning and Development.
For me, the connection between writing longhand, finding reasons to be grateful, and taking action by staying grounded in ‘the things that matter’ is my passion, is becoming my life purpose, my motivation and my “Why?” The story behind the vision of Grassroots Gratitude Story, and my why is now live.

Gratitudes
Nearing the year end of 2022, I am whole-heartedly, whole-headed-ly, whole-bodily grateful to all those who have bought a book, sent me a note, attended a workshop, left me a comment on Amazon (who is that one, noble person? THANK YOU!) and generally nudged, encouraged and prodded me to keep imagining. High fives and thanks all around.
Looking ahead, the next session will of Gratitude Trifecta: Write. Appreciate. Recalibrate. will begin art on January 10, 2023. Curious? Click here.
Special thanks to Connie, Corrie, Colleen and Lisa for coaching me along. To my hubby and kids: Erwin, Philip, Matthew, Angela, and Heidi for keeping me humble and moving forward. To Peter, Michelle, Steve and Geneviéve, the four brave participants who joined me on my courageous foray into the world of Gratitude: Learning and Development. Got space in your budget for some good L & D’ing? Contact me today.

Gratitude is an essential tool for building cooperation. Gratitude is an attitude that can be trained – like a muscle.
Gratitude – gets you grounded. Hope this season allows you to rest, reset and recalibrate as you move in the direction of your 2023 Personal Bests.
Happy Winter Solstice 2022!
